As an example, we mention that one house of 90 sqm dated since 1997 can be covered with house insurance by Allianz with All House Basicpackage , which includes coverage for earthquake riskapart from the basic coverage, with the annual premium amount of 197 Euros only . This cost is subject to change without prior notice, according to Allianz pricing policy.

7.What are the Property weights?

These are: the mortgage, lien, seizure or forced conservative, slavery on assets which are marked on the property books of the land registry office.

8.What does thefull owners hipand whatusufruct stands for?

He who has full ownership of a property can have choice and the right on the property in whatever way he wishes, as long as it is not contrary to law. The Usufruct is a right in rem which consists of full use and enjoyment of the property without impairing the substance. In cases of donation and parental benefit, the usufruct of the property may be retained by the donor and reach the receiver of the donation automatically after the death of the donor, or earlier, by deed.

This certificate is mandatory for all properties as follows:

o For rent single or part of building (Apartment, Store) over 50 m (Effective 9/1/2012)
o For every sale-purchase single or part of building (Apartment, Store) over 50 m
o With the completion of construction of any new or radically renovated buildings
o For the integration of residential buildings in the program Saving home
o The following exceptions apply to buildings with the following uses: industries, agriculture (non-residential), workshops, warehouses, car parks, gas stations.
o Also the renewals of existing leases are excluded from mandatory cases by law.
