1.What is the broker scommand?
The agent mandate is the written agreement between the real estate company and its customers, the signature of which is a mutual guarantee of transacting. A. ASSIGNMENT AWARD (from a seller or lessor)
A.1. Exclusive Mandate award
It is the most common international assignment statement according to a defined term of office (from 6 to 12 months). During this time our real estate office undertakes exclusively the advertising and promotion of the property. After the expiry of that period, and since the property has not yet been sold or leased, our real estate office shall cease all promotional activity, unless the mandate will be renewed by a new deadline.
A.2. Simple Mandate award
This command has no time duration limit. The owner may sign multiple orders to different real estate agencies. The remuneration is paid to that real estate office which completes the sale or rental of property. When there are sequential brokers then the entitled Brokerage Broker is the one who showed the property first, regardless if another one has participated in the process of price trading.
B. REAL MANDATE NOTE (as buyer or tenant)

This cost is subject to change without prior notice, according to Allianz pricing policy.
7.What are the Property weights?
These are: the mortgage, lien, seizure or forced conservative, slavery on assets which are marked on the property books of the land registry office.
8.What does thefull owners hipand whatusufruct stands for?
He who has full ownership of a property can have choice and the right on the property in whatever way he wishes, as long as it is not contrary to law. The Usufruct is a right in rem which consists of full use and enjoyment of the property without impairing the substance. In cases of donation and parental benefit, the usufruct of the property may be retained by the donor and reach the receiver of the donation automatically after the death of the donor, or earlier, by deed.
